Information you choose to send
When you submit the contact form, the site collects the name, email address, inquiry topic and message you provide. That information is used to respond to your correspondence and operate this private website. Please do not send sensitive records or government case information.
How messages are delivered
Form submissions pass through a Cloudflare Worker and are sent to the site's operator using Cloudflare Email Service. Messages are forwarded to a private email account. Email conversations may remain in the operator's mailbox until deleted; there is no automatic deletion schedule promised by this site.
Security and abuse prevention
Cloudflare may process network information, including IP addresses, to protect the website, rate-limit submissions, and provide email services. The contact form uses an anti-spam check, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile. No contact messages are stored in a public database by this website.
External sources
The site's federal statistics come from publicly available U.S. Treasury datasets. The site also links to other organizations and government sources. Those services have their own privacy policies. Historical photographs may be loaded from Wikimedia Commons.
Requests and corrections
If you need to follow up on a message or request removal of correspondence from the operator's inbox, email contact@schunkwhitehouse.com. Deletion may not remove copies retained by email providers or within required operational records.
